  • Presented 2022 annual survey results at KIPA Annual General Meeting to union heads from SULF and SACO (2022)

  • Created a monthly dialogue channel to bring postdocs issues with the Vice President(s) of KI (2022)

  • Started KIPA's regular after-work pub, ‘Barmedicum’, for all postdocs and staff (2022)

  • Joined manifesto with the European science committee from advocacy and aliens act manifesto against unequal opportunities for international researchers (2022)

  • Conducted survey cooperations with SNPA and other National organizations regarding migratory issues affecting postdocs in Sweden (2021 and 2022)

  • Presented the annual survey findings to the KI Equal Opportunity group highlighting inequalities present in the postdoc community (2021)

  • Created the KI annual postdoctoral survey to assess the main issues we face as a community (2020)

  • Created the Inclusion and Diversity office within KIPA (2020)

  • Increased places on doctoral courses for postdocs (2019)

  • Presented stipend survey findings to the secretary general for medicine and health at Vetenskaprådet (2019)

  • Published an article addressing the amended research bill in Sweden featured in NatureJobs (2018)

  • Founded the National Postdoc Association in Sweden (SNPA) together with Uppsala University Postdoc Association (UUPA) (2018)

  • Joined ICoRSA - International Consortium of Research Staff Associations (2017)

  • Ended the rejection of postdocs on stipend from Försäkringskassan (2013)

  • Initiated mandatory signing of stipend rule document by postdoc, PI, and HR department (2014)

  • Negotiated increased stipend range from 15,5 - 25 kSEK to 20 - 30 kSEK (2013)
